General Search Engines
	A great place to start your Internet research, Google is known for its dependability in providing excellent search results. It is easy to use and free of advertising. Also has an excellent Image search.
	AllTheWeb is another search engine that provides excellent search results. This versatile search engine also provides searches for news articles, pictures, videos, audio files, and more. Has a clean look like Google.
	A popular search engine, Yahoo also provides the oldest directory on the web compiled by people instead of software. Also provides an image search.
	AskJeeves lets you use natural language for your search queries. It also provides links to a list of related topics and lets you refine your search with a drop-down list of topics. Very nice
	HotBot provides easy access to four of the web's major crawler-based search engines: AllTheWeb, Google, Inktomi and Teoma. Although it does not merge the results from all of these crawlers together, it is an easy way to get different web search views in one place.
Meta Search Engines Unlike general search engines, metacrawlers send searches to several search engines all at once and then combine the results together on one page.
	This meta search engine categorizes your results into a hierarchy of folders. No more long lists to sort through. Really nice.
