NOTICE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

  PENTUCKET REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

DEADLINE – EXTENDED – Due February 9, 2007 – DEADLINE – EXTENDED

 We need your help to have the best school system possible for our children. Students, staff, parents of students from Pre-School to Grade 12, and community members are being surveyed about their impressions of the education our children are receiving. We would appreciate it if you would take the time to answer each of the questions. Any additional comments that you have we need to hear. Please use the space at the bottom of the survey to add these comments. The information we gather from these surveys will be reported publicly and will become part of our strategic planning and will inform our District and School Improvement Plans. Your input is important.

 This is your opportunity to tell us everything we need to hear anonymously. Any derogatory comments about an individual will not be publicized. Please take the time to complete and encourage your friends, neighbors, and Pentucket relatives and acquaintances to do so as well.

 Please click the circle next to the answer that best describes your feelings about each statement. If you choose not to answer any question, please click on “No Opinion”.

Parents are asked to answer from the perspective of one of their children at a particular grade level in a particular school. Community members are asked to take the perspective of an observer of our schools in the community. All surveys must be completed by February 9, 2007, 2007.
