Please note: If you are getting a "Security Certificate Warning" message when you open the form, you may safely ignore it and click continue. The connection to our server for the on-line form is an encrypted SSL secure connection. The warning message just indicates that we have not yet installed the certificate stamp of approval although our site has been approved. The stamp of approval does not change the security of the connection in any way, all it does is verify that we are who we say we are.

The student data submitted through the on-line form is written to a secure location on one of our internal servers which is protected by an enterprise grade firewall. It adheres to security measures typical or better than most school systems. Please understand, although our technology department is very short staffed, we are skilled professionals and do our best to provide a secure and reliable network environment under a very tight budget.
 
This electronic data collection will enable designated school administrators and nurses to have the up-to-date accurate emergency information that they need for all students available sooner and more quickly than collecting written forms. We believe it will benefit the parents also by providing an easier, and more secure, method of sending the information over the traditional method of sending it in a child's backpack.
