The Heart: An Online Exploration...Developed by the Franklin Institute Science Museum, here you can make an online exploration of the human heart.
BioCams...Contains a cancer cell cam which shows the change in cells grown in culture every 24 hours and a bacteria cam which shows changes in cells every 6 hours. This site is a link on the Cells Alive home page.
Chemical Elements.com...A great web site developed by an 8th grade student for a science fair, this site features an interactive periodic table of elements.

Volcano World...For complete, authoritative information on current and historic volcanic activity in the world. Started in 1985 with a NASA grant, this site contains the popular "Current Eruptions" link, lesson plans, and interviews with volcanologists.
Virtual Frog Dissection...At this site you can interactively dissect a digitized frog.
NOAA Educational Projects...An educational site for middle school science students and teachers. Provides online projects in the areas of ocean and atmosphere. Includes worksheets to download for students. Easy to navigate, this site provides a great introduction to student online research and investigation. These projects spell success!
Bill Nye the Science Guy's Nye Lab Online...A science site that includes demos of the day, home demos, teacher's lounge, and Ask Bill Nye.
