School Cancellation and Delayed Openings

"No School" and "Delayed Opening" announcements will be broadcast on:

• Television stations:  Channels:  4 , 5 , 7  and 25

• Radio stations:  WBZ-1030AM   /  WNBP - 1450AM /  WRKO - 680AM

• Web site:  http://www.prsd.org  on the front page

 Delayed Opening" of school may occur when weather conditions are hazardous during the early morning hours.

  Delays may be :

• 1 Hour:        

• 1.5 Hours:

• 2 Hours:  In the case of a 2 hour delay there will be no Morning Kindergarten or Preschool.

  Schools will be dismissed at the regular time

  Parents may, of course, use discretion in determining whether or not to keep their children home during snowy or extremely cold weather.

Conditions permitting, school cancellation or delayed opening information will be posted on Pentucket's website by 6 A.M.on the Announcements Section
