The Pentucket Regional Technology Department proudly supports all six district schools plus the district office. We have two full time staff. We are responsible for all technology equipment which consists of 1100+ workstations, 26 servers, 128+ printers, 250+ routers, switches, hubs, and wireless devices, 5 firewalls with high speed internet access, and over 400 other peripherals. We support all of the district applications including the websites at all schools, MS Exchange for employee email, accounting application, student information database and course scheduling, course grading application, DOE reporting, food service application, backup, antivirus, and software update services, and all the specialized instructional applications.

We also enjoy providing first level support for our wonderful students, teachers and administrators in all six schools. District employees have internet, email and phone access to our office and we have implemented a work order tracking database to ensure work requests are attended to in as timely a fashion as is possible.
